ABSTRACT
IN THE past decade, international financial markets and markets in the major industrial countries have expanded very rapidly and have undergone extensive structural changes in instruments, institutions and regulations. These trends are likely to continue, thereby resulting in greater international integration. This environment inherents significant implications for corporate financial management.
