ABSTRACT
A continuous flow hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer, PSA Millennium Excalibur 10.055 from P S Analytical (Kent, UK) was used for determinations of total arsenic and arsenic speciation. An online UV Cracker (PSA S570U100) was employed to digest organic and methylated arsenic species in the sample digest or extract.
