ABSTRACT

Testicular cancer demonstrates two incidence peaks, at the age of under 2 years and among men aged 25-34 years, with rates declining rapidly after the age of 40. There are striking differences in testicular cancer incidences around the world, with the highest incidence of 12-14 per 100 000 personyears in Switzerland and Denmark, and the lowest incidence of less than one per 100 000 person-years among the African-American and the Chinese populations.2
