ABSTRACT

There are various definitions for sustainable development. In 1979, the economist Howe gave two definitions to this concept.

1. Sustainable development is an example of economic, social and cultural transformations which optimises benefactions social and economic, accessible at the present moment, without compromising the similar benefactions in the future. One of the essential objectives of the sustainable development being to reach an acceptable level (however defined) and fair of the distributions of the economic well-being, which can be constantly immortalised for a large number of generations.
