ABSTRACT
In any society, the institutional environment has a fundamentally important influence on the particular power status. The political system has always, in the process of economic and social transformation, demonstrated an important role. At the same time, economic and social transformation has a profound impact on the institutional environment. The study of China must therefore continue to explore how variables affect the power, status and allocation and redistribution of scarce resources in China’s reform and transformation.
