ABSTRACT

Urbanization is the transformation of human civilization from a rural civilization to an urban civilization. Urbanization is

not only a process where the agricultural population transitions into a non-agricultural population and gathers in the cities (towns), but it is also characterized by an increase in cities (towns), an expansion of the regional scale, improving functions and facilities and urban (town) economic relations, and finally, the residents’ way of life and the process of human social civilization permeating and extending into rural society.
