In a keynote presentation to the inaugural conference of the UK Government Property Unit, he outlined the global situation many believe creates an unprecedented context for contemporary business. He argued that a combination of the credit crisis, climate change, population growth, health epidemics and security threats presents opportunities for innovation and business advantage through FM.
