ABSTRACT
A distinctive feature of action learning as a learning method is that it is designed and implemented so participants may experience learning through solving important and difficult projects. An action learning project is a tool used to maximize the effectiveness of learning from a participant’s perspective. Learning involves two aspects: one has to do with the project content (knowledge and information) and the other with process knowledge (techniques and know-how).
