ABSTRACT
There is no purpose to be served by frantic activity. This only increases the tension which everyone must be feeling-after all the inspection may still be a year away. On the other hand, well planned and carefully executed preparations must surely be made. An opportunity is presented and if this time is well managed then staff are likely to approach the inspection in a more confident frame of mind.
