ABSTRACT

Some grandmothers have a fine egg collection carefully sucked and preserved. But we are also aware that there are a number of teachers who, in speaking of communication work, will say, that is all very well in principle, but how do you actually teach it? ‘It’, of course, is many things on a communication course. How does one teach interpersonal skills, the concepts of sign and meaning, or any kind of practical work? How does one relate theory to practice?
