ABSTRACT
Higher density housing would be located within a 10–15 minute walking distance of the commuter rail station. The housing would generally be up to 7 stories in height with elevator access to the upper floors. The accompanying sketch diagrams illustrate four ideas for organizing the higher density spine into a cohesive urban form, where it is anticipated that 4000–5000 people would live in a mix of apartments and condominiums.
