ABSTRACT
In order to introduce the service, the coordinator makes a presentation in assembly about the mediation service and its role in developing a culture of problem-solving within the school.
Selection process
The school manages the selection of the students. Typically, students volunteer. In some cases, teachers encourage students who they feel may gain most from participating.
