ABSTRACT
Trudy Trainer is a pleasure to listen to. She appears relaxed, alert, enthusiastic and engaged in the process. Trudy is confident and appears a dab-hand. Her explanations are clear and her analysis positive. She is extremely articulate and maintains good eye contact with all participants. Trudy’s non-verbal communications and gestures are open and her use of a flipchart and neat handwriting ensures that everything is clearly understood and logically organised.
