ABSTRACT

Clara’s Ole Man was first performed at the Firehouse Repertory Theatre in San Francisco on August 5, 1965. It was produced by the San Francisco Drama Circle and directed by Robert Hartman. The sets were designed by Louie Gelwicks and Peter Rounds. Lighting by Verne Shreve. In winter, 1968, it was done, along with two other of Mr Bullins’ plays, at the American Place Theatre in New York, and in the spring the production continued running at the Martinique.
