ABSTRACT

Living theories of organisation contain the generative transformational capacity to show how processes evolve and continue to develop themselves. The patterns demonstrate the iterative quality of relationships of influence: one aspect influences another to develop in a new way from what went before. The current form is enfolded within the new form, which itself unfolds in new directions with the potential of influencing yet other new forms. The whole is an unfolding system of new forms, each with its own generative transformational capacity for further influence, a neverending process of coming into being.
