ABSTRACT
Recovery of locomotor function after spinal cord injury (SCI) is in an exciting phase of research development. This chapter highlights some of the recent developments emerging from animal and clinical studies on spinal lesions, as well as on novel approaches to enhance locomotor function in spinal cord-injured subjects.
