ABSTRACT
Differ from others, the position detecting device of this system is arranged outside the cylinder and is very easy to be installed. Piston's position can be detected with enough accuracy by transmission between a friction rod fixed on the cylinder and a small roller fixed on the encoder. The special advantage of it is that it can be used conveniently for any kinds of cylinders without changing their original structures.
