ABSTRACT
Tea is one of the most widely used and most popular common drinks in the world. Tea drinking is not only an indispensable part of daily life, but also an important component of the oriental culture, so-called “tea culture”. Tea and tea culture originated in China, the earliest literature in history appeared in the “Poem Classic” of 1100-476 BC, it stated: “Who said that tea is bitter? It tasted sweet as Jicai” (a kind of vegetable).
