ABSTRACT
This chapter views bullying from an organisational point of view, discussing first what should be considered as work-related bullying, and the extent of the problem as revealed in the academic and professional literature. It then outlines briefly the health and safety approach to tackling bullying, and suggests ways in which the problem might be monitored effectively.
