ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the influences of health policy on the delivery of pharmaceutical care within community and hospital settings and the continuing development of seamless pharmaceutical care between these sectors. Whilst the focus is on pharmacy in the UK, reference is also made to comparable changes and influences on pharmacy in Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.
