ABSTRACT
Peer-to-peer (P2P) computing refers to technology that enables two or more peers to collaborate spontaneously in a network of equals (peers) by using appropriate information and communication systems without the necessity for central coordination. The P2P network is dynamic, in the sense that peers come and go (i.e., leave and join the group) for sharing files and data through direct exchange.
