It provides people the opportunity to enjoy fresh air, to get away from the restlessness of the city, to be comforted by the vision of a still present arcadian life style, to see how the earth delivers our basic food and fresh water and to contemplate one’s life in the face of the solemn beauty of nature. Open space allows people to retreat from the artificial and return to the genuine.
