ABSTRACT
Size analysis of aggregates and crushed ore material is still dominated by manual sampling and subsequent sieving. The development and improvement of online measurements is of interest to allow the optimization of the process which provides a real time feedback to the plant. Such measurements can be performed using conventional video cameras or by way of surfometry based on laser triangulation (Fig. 1).
