Before I took the [anthropology] class I looked at some other cultures like the Yanomamö, I didn’t know yet who the Yanomamö were, but, you know, natives hiding in the jungle, as being very bizarre and they just kind of ran around and shot people and ate monkeys and did strange things like that, didn’t really have a culture, they were just kind of barbarians.
