ABSTRACT
We are frequently exhorted to encourage our students to be reflective and to adopt reflective practices. These concepts are as relevant to ourselves in relation to our progress as teachers as to our students. This chapter focuses on how (new) academics can develop reflective practice in respect of their teaching.
