ABSTRACT
I am now at a point where I believe only in the word ‘Theatre’. All other terms serve only to keep the funding and power base status quo in place.
The desire to distance oneself from the term TIE over the last few years has been marked…. Dance in education may be OK but TIE is a no-no. Why? Is there a real smell of decay about TIE? Am I a necrophiliac for still being in it, enjoying it and supporting it?
