ABSTRACT
Careers education and guidance occurs in organisations. It can be found, for example, in schools, colleges, business corporations and specialist guidance agencies (see Chapters 5-10). This chapter is about what sorts of careers education and guidance development can be undertaken in what kinds of organisation. It includes a method for identifying how the impact and survival of careers programmes in an organisation can be optimised.
