Depending on what you want to do with the prices you could either look at why certain prices seem to be popular (£4.99, £9.99, £29.99) or you could remind the children about rounding prices up and down so that they can investigate prices rounded to the nearest pound. Car and house prices give sums of £100s, £1000s, £10 000s and £100 000s to work with.
