For several years now, I have been discussing the problem of microeconomic foundations with Victoria Chick. I do hope that this chapter will provoke her reaction, so that I can keep on enjoying the pleasure of an open-minded and constructive discussion with Vicky, one of the most prominent representatives of postKeynesian economics and a friend.
