ABSTRACT
The Design Brief Management Masters course was begun at the Institute of Advanced Architectural Studies (IoAAS) of the University of York in 1995. The part-time, two years, workplace-focused course was designed for mid-career professionals who were already working as professional briefing or design managers in large client organisations, or consultants within the design, construction or property sectors.
