As is generally true for malignancies, treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL; mycosis fungoides [MF]/Sezary syndrome [SS]) varies with disease stage. Classification of CTCL according to stage1 is presented in Tables 10.1 and 10.2. The clinical features of CTCL are described in Chapter 2. Fung et al.2 recently authored a comprehensive review of CTCL and other cutaneous lymphomas.
