This document is in Harley MSS. 6848, f. 212. It is printed in Burrage, Early English Dissenters, II, 99–100, and is substantially correct. In points 9 and 12 there is no need of [?], and in point 9 Burrage omits seven words, probably because the manuscript reading is difficult.
