ABSTRACT
CERTAINLY, EVERYONE IS FAMILIAR with the story of Little Red Riding Hood. But does everyone know the one about Little Aqua Riding Hood? We tend to forget that the famous Red Riding Hood did not remain eternally "little." In fact, after her skirmishes with the Wicked Wolf, this charming girl grew nicely and became a beautiful woman who married and had a child (a girl named Francoise). Then she also became, a grandmother when Francoise, in her turn, married (such is life). Now she lives in the 13th district of Paris on the ground floor of an apartment building located on a dingy street. She's a nice old woman, who lives alone and is not talked about much, yet, has many long years ahead of her because of her good health. And, she's very happy. Her time is divided between knitting in front of the window, reading magazines, and chatting with the other old ladies in the neighborhood to whom she tells details about her famous adventure from the old days which can't be found in books.
