MIPS can be in simplified form illustrated via the flow chart, Figure 1.
Quantitative analysis of MIPS methodic is based on a controlled conversation with a selected worker of appropriate profession. He is subjected to questions with answer possibilities “yes” and/ or “no”. The questions are formulated in such a way that each of them would allow to reveal subsequently the possible cause of worker failure.
