ABSTRACT
Accepted and valid international standards are orientated towards the evaluation and design of work systems and can be used for other areas of human activity as well. In the process of ergonomic evaluation and design, the major interactions between one or more people and the components of the work system, such as tasks, equipment, workspace and environment shall be dealt with.
