ABSTRACT

According to Iida (2003) the adaptation of the labor place of employees’ needs is the main goal of ergonomics. This multidisciplinary science had gotten even more credibility in the industries, the improvements related to quality, efficiency, safety and comfort are easily noticed when adjustments ergonomics are executed. Filus et al. (2012), Wisner (1994), and Vidal (1992) affirm that this same ergonomics purpose is now widely observed in new manufacturing processes, as predicted in 1967.
