ABSTRACT

In articles by Fraser (1988), 1 Fraser et al. (1990), 2 and Fraser, Cook, Clemmons, and Curl (1997), 3 a decision-tree framework has been developed to facilitate the choice of a job placement model. This model requires consideration of a number of critical client variables (e.g., neuropsychological, job-related, financial, and emotional/interpersonal) before choosing a placement approach. Figure 1 indicates that despite the level of severity (mild, moderate, severe), the above-referenced client variables are considered in each choice of a placement approach.
