ABSTRACT
In the 20 years since the signing of the US-PRC Protocol for Scientific and Technical Cooperation in Earthquake Studies, many research fruits have been reaped. This paper gives an overview of the program at IEM and its accomplishments, as well as possible directions for continued cooperation.
