ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: This paper is a case study of soft hierarchical model on integrated risk assessment for multiple disasters of multiple risk sources, which was done based on the soft hierarchical model on integrated risk assessment for multiple disaster and the fuzzy decision model of multiple risk sources. Using earthquake-flood disaster risk as a case based on the data of earthquake and flood disaster with regard to the districts of Lijing, Chuxiong and Simao in Yunnan province, the demonstration analysis of soft hierarchical model of integrated risk assessment for earthquake-flood disaster of multiple risk sources illustrates that a reasonable order keeping fuzzy uncertainty of outcomes is provided for decision-makers as a decisionmaking basis. In some sense, this promotes to link the theory to the practice.
