ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Today’s risk radar is rather incomplete, without support from public who could provide information and experience online. In this paper, we introduce the Internet of intelligences to improve risk radar. The risk radar based on IOI has prominent advantages in risk inquiry, collecting data and dynamic risk analysis. An application in typhoon risk is discussed in this paper. The case demonstrates the monitoring-scanning capacity of vulnerability and dynamic risk changes as well as disaster preparedness.
