ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: As a measurable characteristic of safety culture, the evaluation method of safety climate was applied to communities, assessing safety status for safe community construction and safety management process objectively. On the basis of comparative analysis of evaluation questionnaire of safety climate which is commonly used abroad, we designed and determined an evaluation questionnaire including 10 key elements which is suitable for the analysis of community safety climate in our country. In the process of designing this questionnaire, we integrated the methods of main factor analysis, variance analysis, contribution analysis, and other mathematical methods. Then we verified the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and confirmed the feasibility of the questionnaire finally.
