ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The emergency response requirements of chemical industry parks are discussed, and an indicator system for evaluating the emergency response capability of chemical industry parks is constructed according to an analytic hierarchy process and with regard to the parties that participate in and are affected by the emergency response for major accidents. Furthermore, by determining the weight of various evaluating indicators employing an improved analytical hierarchy process based on the triangular fuzzy number, and by synthesizing the weight of these indicators using the method of group decision-making, an evaluation model is established. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified in a case study.
