ABSTRACT
This chapter will discuss the emergence of a field of study currently being created through the interaction between neuroscience and education. It will briefly present commonly used tools and techniques before discussing important existing research trajectories in educational studies. A host of vibrant debates as well as accepted difficulties in this new domain will then be explored before examining possible future directions of the field.
