ByFemmie Juffer, Marinus H. van IJzendoorn, and Marian J. Bakermans-Kranenburg

In contrast, numerous intervention programs are offered to families with young children today. Many parents in isolated or disadvantaged settings apparently need extra information and support from professionals to enhance their parenting skills.
