Elections and Earth Matters: Public Relations in Costa Rica

The green iguana scurrying at the river’s edge may not know it, along with the morpho butterfly gliding lazily on its foot-wide blue wings, or the keel-billed toucan calling noisily to its mate, but keeping their habitat in the rain forest may be due, in part, to public relations inside and outside Costa Rica.
