ABSTRACT
On September 18-19, 2009, a conference entitled ‘European Developments in Corporate Criminal Liability’ was held in London. Organised by the editors of this volume and supported by grants from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and the British Academy (BA), the conference was hosted by and held at the offices of Clifford Chance, LLP.
