This chapter explores the question of how do psychotherapists, such as myself, talk about working with survivors of organized ritual crime who have dissociative symptoms? In a sense, it is a political paper about our struggle to ®nd a language as we discuss what we do because language is one of the ways we position ourselves in relation to our colleagues and the wider society.
