Successful Judicial Intervention with College Men

American higher education continues to experience more frequent and complicated concerns related to college student behavior. Most of us have read about issues such as school shootings, sexual violence and harassment, abuse of alcohol and other drugs, rioting, and hate crimes. To complicate matters, more students are entering college with serious and persistent mental health issues (Farrell, 2008; Featherman, 2004). Few studies, however, have been conducted to explore strategies to address these problems in higher education.
