Assisting teenagers in understanding how anger disrupts their emotional and social growth involves being able to explore the things that make them angry and introducing them to safe ways to express anger. Doing this requires being able to identify the underlying feelings that accompany anger and the areas where healing might need to occur as well as encouraging adolescents to dialogue with God, even when they feel angry.
