ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines theoretical views and empirical findings regarding technology development and innovation in construction in developing countries. The main issue is: how to manage technology development and innovation in construction in developing countries, particularly in the context of the global effort towards attaining the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by 2015.
